A resident of Nepal came in India long back, and lived in India for a short time. He also posses voter ID card of Indian election commission. He purchased and got transferred land in India from his guru. After this he returned to his home in Nepal.
Can this land be sold/purchased now??
if the documents are clear and free form all encumbrance then it can be purchased / sold
