Pvt ltd company

Dear sir,

I have registered an pvt ltd company around 7 to 8 months ago ..

bt i have not open the current account till yet and no business is carried out.

i jst want to knw that if i m nt doing any business or any transactions is there any problem for me.

i dont want to shut my company ..

suggest any idea for keeping my company on hold means after some time i want to start work

as the co. is registered u have to file the return.

Is possible to return nill and

i dnt have an bank account so is it ok if m nt opening on urgent basis

It is better to take Current Bank Account.
