Pwdv act

If under PWDV act, one of the applicant requests the judge for both interim maintenance and residence order simultaneously till the final disposal of the main petition and the judge chooses to grant first the maintenance and secondly the residence order but not both together, is it allowed/legal?

She dont have house, she will be given orders to be placed in your house through police.

You play hide and seek, not letting her into your house, then she will be given rent.

If you take her back, no question of you paying rent/maintennace to her even if court orders.  Rent/maintenance is given so that she can live when she is not able to live with you, and not for buying pepermint.

Petitioner requested the court to provide adequate space for residence in matrimonial house The Court accepted and ordered the Respondent to hand over the premises as requested . Respondent handed over the keys but the Petitioner taken over the possession and locked it since then she never turn up to reside.
