My lawyer at uttarakhand high court petitioned for quashing of FIR under section 226 of constitution,while reqeusting for stay of arrest in the same petition,was it the right step by my lawyer or this is a practise followed at uttarakhand/UP highcourts where there is no AB

1. Yes that is the practice process mostly followed by ld. brothers before UTK HC.
