Query about gratuity

I am employee of a self finance college since July 2009 as a Assistant Professor on regular basis with a pay scale of 15600-39100, Pay band 6000. We had a probation period of two years but as the college was not intending to pay the increments they didnt confirm my services but extended my probation. This process about extension of probation was done by the institute for three consecutive years. Now my continuous service on probation is upto current date and still i am serving the organization. Now in case if they relieve me or i resign my current job , whether i am entitled to claim my gratuity?

No. Probationary period cannot calculate for gratuity.
