Query on co-operative societies act.

Respected Experts,

We live in a newly formed co-operative society under Co-operative Societies Act. I have been elected as the treasurer.

We have society registration number and society bank account also under the said act.

We are having tough time to pay common electricity bill, water bill, lift maintenance, cleaning and garbage cleaning charges and other miscellaneous common expenses of our society as some of the family members are not paying monthly contribution on-time or not-at-all paying despite of giving multiple reminders.

Please advise what disciplinary actions can be taken to recover those dues as per the said act ?
