QUERY ON PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATION

Sir,

I and my partner have a notarised agreement of partnership which not registered before registrar of firms

Can i sue one of my clients for recovery of money on basis of notarised partnership agreement ??

If no, can i register now and sue him for recovery of money???

I heard that registration before registrar is necessary to file a suit and notarised deed won't work.... Is it false??

Can i get some citations??
