Query regarding kotak joining process

You have not yet joined the job, no problem it is your personal decision, no one can compel you to join.

How and why the company / Bank would blackmail you ?

Vague and incomplete facts cannot lead to form proper opinion and oblige.

Prima facie it is a time pass hypothetical query.

If you are so concerned about being blacklisted, what prevents you from joining the employment? The query is too hypothetical for any meaningful suggestion.

At the time of the interview HR told me that you are conform getting the M1 position after 2 years but there is no further classification about the future position in the contract and that's why I don't want the E0 position.
