Query regarding sale deed & construction agreement

I have booked an apartment under construction in my name (X). construction agreement is executed between me (X) and the builder. Now I want to register a sale deed after the construction is complete. In the sale deed, i want to add my spouse (Y) as a coowner. To do this should i execute another construction agreement with my spouse name added or is it sufficient to register just the sale deed?

Please clarify.

No need of making seperate Construction Agreement  in your wife name, at the time of the registration  of Sale deed the you can make a party of your wife too there will be no problem and make sure that there should be land owners and builders signature and if any consenting Wittness are there kindly take there signatures too

You can get registered the sale deed in the name of you and your spouse both .there is no bar and restrictions.you are not required to execute separate  constrution agreement.
