Hi Sir,
this is satyam, i am having a room in chawl under kalyan dombiwali municilap corp, just now i have got a hereship certificate from civil court on may name, now i want to sell this room so pls guide me what documets are required when i am selling the room while doing registration. i was discuss with some guys they told me that just required the hereship certificate, tax bill, ration card and id proof because this is chawl room.
pls suugest is this correct ?
