Hello,
Im in the process of buying an underconstruction flat in Bangalore. This property has been approved by SBI and LIC Housing Finance and I shall be taking a loan from either of them after they announce their revised rates in May.
I am planning to go abroad with my wife who shall be a co-applicant in the Loan & in the Property in a few months from now once the Loan has been Sanctioned and the 1st installment has been disbursed to the Builder.
I am however worried if during any subsequent Loan Disbursement, during the Flat construction, registration or during possession me or my wife's presence shall be required.
If yes, then can I obtain a Power of Attorney in the name of my Father/Father-in-Law so that they may be able to represent us for any such cases.
