My wife threatened to file 498a against my family and me and forcefully taken statement at police station for selling my residential flat situated at virar. She given her noc through advocate thenafter my financier given me noc for clearing loan, also my co-operative society given me NOC. We registered agreement to sale with sub - registrar office.
After the said agreement my wife taken forcefully possession of sold flat, for which buyer registered a complaint in nearby police station. This incidence happen in the year 2008, now my financier sealed my flat and auctioned it, after auctioning they are filing a case of cheating against me. Please guide me what to do. Even police authority aware of the same.
