hi,
i received a decree from a trial court in a sale transaction of immovable property in pune, where the court ordered the sale deed to be cancelled. i have the decree/judgement copy. will the court forward this dirctly to the sub regsitrar office or do i need to file a application to get it cancelled.
what it the timeline for sub registrar off to get it cancelled once i submit the court order. is there a wait period,to see if any appeal gets filed, before the sub registrar can cancele the deed. if there is a appeal pending on the said decree down the road, can the sub registrar not honor my application? in case if the appeal comes wtih a stay , will the sub registrar reactive the deed again?
