Is there any way i can transfer RCR case online from Bihar to Jharkhand in SC using online platform. Or do i need to hire a lawyer in Delhi?

You have to hire a lawyer.
Cost of the transfer petition in Supreme Court may cost you anything like Rs1Lakh onwards.

Case can be filed using e-filing obtion but one have to come on court himself or through lawyer for further proceedings in the court room.

U can use efiling option instead of lawyer.
And personally represent case.
