Myself & Spouse are being separately living for more than 2 years, RCR from myside is Pending in Chennai Family court for more than a year. More than 3 continuous time other party is not appearing to court.
Question is => Whether Divorce can be granted on being Ex-Party or separate Divorce needs to be filled ?
