Rcr vs irbm

the court should dismissed RCR case on divorce ground, when she file divorce case before Court then what is the meaning of RCR

On an average RCR cases runs more than 3 yrs. Then why there is provision of section 9 RCR in HMA , if court starts dismissing RCR petitioner aftre 3 yrs.

Have you got a dream live from family court that RCR filed by Husband will get dismissed after filing of Divorce by wife????

Again a sarcastic and hilarious reply I got to read.

1.RCR and divorce are both different cases and filed by different person both will run simultanoeusly on merits.

2. Even wife files divorce after completion of 3 years in IrBM will not make husbands RCR dismiss because no where in IrBM or in marriage amendment bill it is mentioned that if wife files Divorce then RCR of husband should be get dismissed.

3. Iam ashamed here that how the querist are facing the acute deficiency disease of efficient lawyers who could give atleast a logical answers within their ethics.

I agree with Sufferer.

Here on LCI querists asks queries in hope of logical answers/solutions. But many times gets illogical/teasing answers just like i got in this thread.

@ laxmi kanth joshi ji...where in indian law it is written that RCR case  gets dissmissed because wife don't want to cohabitate with husband

Well my friends - Sufferer and Gagan, i agree with u both.

I am one of those who is sailing in same boat with RCR and divorce case against me, yet I am trying all efforts to save my marriage.

Hope LCI community realizes concern and worries of querists who write their life problems here with hope of better advice / solution which is as important and critical as an life-saving doctor practicing.

Please do not provide unreasonable and just-for-sake answers which are of no use rather dishearten other genuine querists to put their concerns here.
