Situation: wife gave false complaint in place xxxx as dowry harrasment , police arrested 3 members[boy,brother,mother], girl committed suicide after 2 days in her parents house place yyyyy of different circle. while 3 of us are in jail & came out in bail after 4 days. we gave statement in RDO enquiry. Now the lawyer told us that report says, its a mental depression death due to dowry harrassment case given by girl and not mentioned anyone name to arrest further. Is it possible that RDO report can be like this? lawyer told us no need to worry for any further arrest, you will get summon from court to attend.
I want to know...how feasible is to believe my lawyer words..because now we are in different place to hide ourself..and the lawyer is asking us to stay in our house and to meet him. Dont know what todo? still afraid of arrest..
