Re-apply for patta

Dear Sir,

I applied for PATTA and I received it from Surveyor (Manual Patta - Green Card). But in that form he written my name as wrong and I informed to that particular Surveyor and he is corrected my name in the PATTA Document and given to me and he informed that he will also do that correction if it's needed in the any of other Patta Document related to this Patta. But i'm not satisfied because of that Correction.

Could you please tell me, Is that Possible for me to Re-Apply PATTA for the Same Document? Because I really felt bad of having correction in my Patta Document.

I shall be much obliged if i get answer.

Yes you can re-apply for patta in your name after correction is done in records. Please state the resaons in your application also.

Thanks for your advice jadhav.  Correction are made in my Current Patta. But I really do not know it's has been updated in other places and frankly speaking even don't what are all the other documents is there. When I asked Surveyor, he replied all your original document like Sale Deed, Agreement and also your land is approved one. So, do not worry about this name change in PATTA and that too Correction has been done. Actaully Surveyor corrected in three places.  1. Name Correction done, 2. Locality Correction Done 3. Sub-Division correction Done and remaining things are correct.

If I re-apply for PATTA. What should I tell to the Village officer? is my PATTA is lost/Missed (or) Just I can re-apply for PATTA?
