Dear friends,
Please explain me what do you mean by filing rejoinder in divorce case.
I got the answer from this forum that after counter the next step will be filing of rejoinder.
Filing of rejoinder is applicable even in case of Nullification of marriagecase.

when your petition submitted and after that you want to submit some more details for the interest of justice, you may file it, as a rejoinder, in addition to your petition - that is rejoinder. cpc has this provision.
after nullification of marriage, the case is over. you may put a seperate case ( prayer to higher authority) against this order. but this is not rejoinder.

when you file a petition against some one then in defence the opposite party files writtenstatement. sometime some details of written statement need clarification/answer for your defence then you need to file a rejoinder to that writtenstatement.in short you can say reply to the reply.
