Recovery of gold

Respected Sir/Madam,

i filed divorce against my wife on the ground of five years desertion after getting RCR exparte decree. My wife insisting me for her gold to return back to her, which she already taken back with her five years back when she left my company. Now, (after filing divorce petitoin by me) also, she threatening me severely for her alleged gold. I am helpless in this. What is the provisons she have to file false cases against me to recover her alleged gold. If she filed any false case against me in the court of law for recovery of her alleged gold, the burden of prove is on her or me? What is the consequences arising thereof? Kindly advise me please.

I am very much appreciate your valuable and useful reply.

Interesting brief.

1. It shows she is not interested in setting aside ex-part divorce yet is showing interest in recovery of entrusted items.

2. The burden is on her to prove entrustments. Hence come out of her alleged mind-game and proceed with divorce prayer.
