What was the condition under which the money was given? Was it for the service? Or was it to be adjusted partially or completely in the cost of the purchase? If it was to be adjusted, was it adjusted? If your answer is "yes" to the questions, you cannot claim back the maoney.

You have given money 9 years ago without any agreement or any condition,

The gifts are not given with any conditions.

The reason for not registering your name along with your son in the property is not convincing.

At that time you were very happy and magnonimous with your son but now due to disptes you are trying to torture him for some reason.

The claim is barred by limitation.

The tribunal can come to your rescue if you are ignored by your son and  not giving any amount towards your maintenance.
