A dispute takes place with PSU employer on payment of HRA Rs 7.57 Lacs against approval. The employer says approval was given wrongly stops further payment of HRA and orders recovery of Rs 7.57 lacs and says approval given is cancelled.

Ultimately writes to the minister of Petroleum & NG saying that rule followed by the PSU company is Barbaric even Mughals would not have had such a rule in their Kingdom. The ministry refers the complaint to the PSU management. The PSU management reduces claim amount to Rs 99000/-i in five monthly equal installments and proceeds with the deduction in monthly salary.
