Hi. I purchased a land in the year 2003. I want to sell my property now. I recently realized that EAST and WEST boundries in the document are incorrect. I approached the VENDOR to execute a RECTIFICATION DEED. He is demanding money for the same (un-reasonable amount). Can I approach court to get him to execute recitification deed? Please suggest the approach.

Mr. Mohan, do not pay the vendor any money for rectification deed. It is not required. Approach the consumer court, and get the rectification done. It will take some time being a court procedure.
