sir, i have sale deed which was registered in 1995 for 250 sq yds( consisting of two plots 150 and 100 in between 15 road, registraion done) but as per the measurements for 150 it is 31.5*45= 157 and 16*45= 80 bot combined its comming to 237 but the bot the plots are registerd as 250 sqyds Now my question is how can i change it to 250 sq yds and one more thing from 250 sqyds 157 syds we have made gift deed in my dads name property is in the name of mother the property registerd in medchal, rangareddy dist, hyderabad. and the property vendor is a gpa holder
