Builder sold an unregularlised flat in 2002 which is situated at basement, after knowledge of its status my father filed a criminal case against builder in 2006. Few days before appearing in court, builder somehow manged to regualrised flat in municipal record in same year with permission for development certificates. Hence last month court agrees that the said flat is regularised and legal at current date. Now there's a proposal for settlement which concludes a nominal amount of cash, rectification deed, New occupation certificate or possession letter and a little support to become a member of society, so if the society apply for redevelopment will I get anything out of it?
