What was unlawful in the compromise settlement ?

You discuss the problem instead of putting riddles here if you are really serious to have legal opinion to your issues.

How did you infer that the compromise is unlawful in a suit for partition ?

Even the Court(s) prefer amicable settlement between litigants

My father has given land share to his sisters in 1972 from his own property when I was minor. Sisters do not have right in his brothers property.

Without knowing the details of the subject or the background history of the property matter don't simply throw blames.

If you are aggrieved then nothing prevents you from approaching a local lawyer with details to get a solution for your grievances
