My wife booked a flat in Sohna around 3 years ago and paid 9L, that time, after 1.5 years back, they prepared Builder buyer agreement and asked for 8L, we paid the amount, but after that there is no progress and no construction has started, infact they didn't have permission to build 23 floors, they had permission to build G+2, but in Sep, 2016, they got permission to build high rise, I had booked 4th floor.
I asked for my money many times, but no response from builder, I had filed case in consumer forum, saying, I need refund, as you have not started construction till now and you will not be able to deliver it on time. Court has asked for reply, they didn't submit any reply, on next date, court asked us to submit the evidence, we submitted affadavit, containing all information.. Court has given another date for argument.. Please help me to understand, if builder lawyer is not coming to court, then what will happen.
