Dear All,
We need your help in that matter. I have booked one ticket from bombay to delhi for the goindigo airlines, and completed the web checkin procedure. Due to some reasons I couldn't able to catch the flight.
I contacted them for the refund of the surcharges, because the fees is non refundable in such cases. But they are denying to refund any amount.
Is there any rules that if we can't use our ticket after webchekin, they are not liable for the refund. Is it possible that we claim for surcharge?
and If it is possible that we can file a complaint at consumer forum, for claim of surcarges from the company. becasue some other companys refund the same in such cases.
