One of our client got transfered of shares to his demat id but now he is not ready delivered it back. I want to know legal provision under which he will be legally compelled for transfer those shares.

I think you ment shares transfered by mistake. Issue notice explaining the circumstances in which shares were transfered, demanding return of the same. If he refuses, file suit for return of shares or for recovery of amounts for the worth of shares including damages.
