i am rajan. i got married in january 2009. i found my wife was suffering from incurable disease in june 2009.
there is no consummation of marriage till that date. we were separate from that day. i filed for null and void in subcourt in august 09. one lawyer appeared for herself. After that neither he nor my wife appeared for any hearing . He never filed a counter against my petition. exparte null and void granted to me in february 10. Till what time she can appael against judgement. is it possible for her to appeal in high court against this judgement. how i have to face this situation. i dont want to have a life with her. please guide me
