Regarding Candidature in UPSC

Sir .. on driving my car in late night i crashed on to a small shop sir which was closed and none were there .. but police saw me asked whether i was drunk but i was not drunk .. next day they told me to come and asked me to pay the compensation for the shop keeper .. but the shop keeper was absent on that day he never turned up .. so Inspector there told me to pay compensation amount to the shopkeeper of 2000 rupees and go .. And sir will that account to an FIR on me ? will this incident affect my candidature of giving UPSC exam sir ? waiting for a fast response sir .. i am sitting without clue sir .?
