hello there once again !!
for example, if i wish to apply for a loan from SBI under "collateral free scheme" which was recently published in news papers from SBI head office (this scheme was launched by MSME ministry & SIDBI in year 2000 under the name of CGTMSE (can check at cgtmsc.com)), and the branch office of SBI of my town refuses to work out the loan under that scheme, what shall i do ??
