I am a teacher in an autinomous body under HRD and have been selected for DOE.
Before applying for the post I wrote an application addressing the principal that quoted 'Intimation regarding applying in the post'.
I did not use words like 'permission or approval to apply for the post' instead used 'Intimation' word.
On selection, I am asking for the Noc but the authorities are not providing me.
Can I seek help from the honorable court of law CAT Or the judge will deny my request?

Intimation and approval both are different meanings. Approval processes standardize an organization's internal processes by creating a reliable, repeatable system. Approval processes are a type of workflow, which is any series of ordered steps that you create to ensure you complete work the same way every time.
