My father has purchased a house in his name in chennai in the year 1975. He has completed all the formalities except getting Patta from the government. Very recently he applied for PATTA.. After the survey of the land, suveyer has told that as per there govt. document (BLACK COPY) shows 150 sq.ft less in number & the govt officers are telling that they can give PATTA only for 150 sqft less. Kindly suggest me wat I have to do in this case. I want to claim patta inclusing 150sq ft, which belongs to us as per our registration docs.
