If your application for technical resignation was accepted and your pay protection and seniority have bene protected, then this may cover if it is within the provisions of law for this purpose, you may go through the GO of the DOPT in this regard and get clarified.

Technical resignation accepted. NOC provided. Pay Protection will be provided as per actual pay I r.o state psu not the notionally fixed basic as notionally fixed basic is higher.

You may make a representation with the correct provisions of law in this regard to your employer and request for redressing your grievances in this regard.
If you do not get any proper response then you may plan to approach the central administrative tribunal for relief and remedy.

Is there any clause in the DPE guidelines for pay fixation regarding the above matter? Can state PSU employees get pay protection in CPSE?
