Dear Sir/Sirs,
I have purchased property in eauction, which belongs to bank, but after that the borrower bought stay from court. From past 3 months, i have not given either property or no amount refunded or interest. one day banker called me and I was asked to open an account so that they will do fixed deposit until case is closed, once the case is closed they will give interest date from the date of opening FD. I have opened account but they didn't create FD. They are not responding after sending lot of mails. Please let me know how can i proceed in this case.
