Regarding resignation or termination

Sir I am an employee of an leading organisation n working in frontline sales deptt. As i was the top performer in my team of 7 TSM.but now my boss is asking me to resign n he told me that if i did not resign then he will terminate me. sir pl guide me that wt to do in these circumstances as i have no other offer in my hands at present. Regards

Sorry but you are not cobered under ID act. So you will not come under the purview of Section 2S and hence you will not be considered as Workman.

It is better to resign then to go for legal hasstles. You can ask him how much time he can provide. Look for another job and quit this company.

Go as per your contract aggrement of your employment i.e appointment letter.
