his wife went to her mother's house 4 years back. since last 3 years they had no contact at all. no one filed any complaint against each other. now a lawyer from wife's side contacted him to go to her city to settle the matter. it's revealed that cases are running against wife's family in which she is also accused cherges are of 376 2 n, 354, 323 506. and 34. may be filed by some old "friend" of them.
now kindly advice if he should go to the other city to settle the matter. there charges are serious his wife wife may face conviction also. will it be good for him to take divorce if she agrees. what should be done if the wife's side does not agree for divorce. living with her again may create bigger issues?
