I am from Mumbai and planning to start new business for Online sales & Taxi services (both). I am living in a rented apartment since 2013 and thinking to use the same for Registration purpose (no shop planned), rent agreement available.
Kindly guide me for the following:
1. What type of Registration will be required and whom to contact for the same?
2. Is by giving Rent agreement, the registration process can be completed, or any additional details will be required.
3. I am presently in a job right now. Can both business & job run simultaneously as per legal terms.
4. If not, can I open the business in my wife's name.
