respected sir.
on me criminal case is lodged because of misappropriation of govt fund.and already i was suspended since from 9 months and i am getting 50% of salary from last 9 months.and already case is going on in court.
1) respected sir now my department is going to conduct department enquiry.
sir my question is that if in department enquiry if its proved that i have missappropriated funds then directly department will dissmiss me from job or it will wait for the result of court?
