Regarding to education loan

Absolutely there is no link in between preparing for Govt examination by you and your repayment of EMI as per sanction terms and conditions.  You may at the most represent for postponement of EMI recovery stating such convincing reasons to the Bank. Bank manager may or may not agree and if there is no such permission, you have to abide by sanctioned terms and conditions.  There is no litigation matter to guide you.
