we (my uncle and I)are living in ancestral property since childhood and property is in name of my grandfather. But my uncle has forcibly made sale deed of one third of property before 4 months of death of my grandfather without consent of my father. as my uncle is involved as witness in deed. document is registered at city survey now I m am claiming half portion of land. what can be done to claim half portion of property. also dispute arised between purchaser and my uncle over poession of land.Is there any way to out please suggest
