Regarding varasahakk certificate

We have forth father land at village .My father passed away on 24th Dec 2012. We needs to claim( Mother,My elder brother & me) . for certai purpose we have to apply for Varasahakk ( Scion right ) certificate.

My question is that we have ration card from mumbai .my father deat happened at village.. from where we have to take mentioned certificate . let me know about d procedure please ..Thanx

succession certificate is issued by the court.Pl apply for it in the court where the property is located.

Take the death certificate,and succession certificate apply to talathi concerned village.death certificate u will get at grampanchyat of village where the person dies.by producing documents talathi and circle officer will after making local inquiry issue the succession certificate.
