Hello sir/madam
The flat which is below me has found some leakage issue on his ceiling and I detected that it is from my bathroom , though I have shifted currently (1 year ) ,have not changed any of my tiles in the bathroom ,
so it's whose responsibility to construct my bathroom
is it the below flat holder, or the society or by both
,Can u please answer me this asap
