Recently i gave an aplication to our housing society registar under RTI. the question was regarding parking issues .my question were
1- When the above said society was registered?
2- How many flats approved under the society?
3- How many open and Stilt Parking made/approved in the society respectively?
4- According to DC rule of 10% extra parking space, how many extra parking spaces made/approved in the society?
5- For which purpose was the above said 10% extra parking space made/approved in the society?
6- What is the total no. of parking space approved in the society including 10% extra parking spaces?
7- Does the open parking space made/ approved in the society come under Floor Space Index (FSI)?
8- Does the stilt parking space made/ approved in the society come under Floor Space Index (FSI)?
9- Can builder/promoter sell the parking area which does not come under Floor Space Index (FSI)?
10- Can builder/promoter sell the 10% extra parking made/approved in the society?
11- What are the requirements for a member of a co-operative housing society to get/eligible for a parking space inside the society compound?
12- If the housing society has lesser no of parking space than total no of flat/member, how can be allotment of parking is done by the rules?
13- Is the society bound to follow the rules and regulation of allotment of parking space made by the government for housing societies?
14- Does all the member of society has equal rights to park their vehicle inside the society compound?
15- If the housing society has lesser no of parking space than total no of flat/member, can 2 parking space allotted to a member, whereas another member having a vehicle don’t get parking space at the same time inside the society compound ?
16- Can society allow a member to park 2 cars if the member has allotted 1 parking space, whereas another member having a vehicle don’t get parking space at the same time inside the society compound ?
17- Does the main entrance gate open area of the said society belong to the society/part of the society?
18- Do all the members have rights to use the open space area comes under the society premises?
19- Does the society have rights to rearrange /re-allot the parking space in the benefit of all the members if there’s dispute on parking space?
20- What kind of action can be taken on the society by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies if the society doesn’t follows the guidelines /rules made for housing societies?
21- Can the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Housing Society undertake the society if found irregularities in the society.

BUT the registrar told me that all these questions (the parking issue) does not come under RTI .
After i gave the letter asking same questions to my society, the secretry told me he aso does not know the answer like the FSI quiry etc.he said he wi give all the answers by saying that builder has alloted the parking.
MY quiry is what shud i do now, is there any organisation who can rovide me al the details,as i am suffering badly for a parking space in my society..
Is registrar is not bound to give the answers of these questions under RTI?
Can secretery refuse to provide me such details to a member?
