You can contact any experienced Civil lawyer locally to register a society under the Society Registration Act. But you have to pull in more members from your community  to register theorganisation as per applicable state law.

Minimum 7 members can form an association under the provisions of Societies Registration Act, 1860.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer or chartered accountant for better appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
