My sister is a housewife and she had a gifted notary land and builingwith G+2 Floors in 140 Sq.Feets in hyderabad , gifted by her unty in the of 2011.Now she want to registered it to avail a home loan so can u guide me the process and what are the docs required for this registration and with this registration can i get a home loan from any bank as these land govt Patta lands given to weaker section.
Note:These Land are regularized under GO.58&59.This is a 140 Sq feet with G+2 Floors.what is the process to get regularization under GO.59.
