Registration based on boundaries

Hello,

A father gifted plots by way of gift deed to his daughters(D1 & D2). But he could not gift a plot to one of his daughters(D3). In the gifted deed of D1 & D2, D1 boundary West is mentioned as  "Plot of D3" and D2 boundary South is mentioned as "Plot of D3".

Q. Can D3 register this plot on her name by mentioning D1 & D2 gift deeds "AS WILL OF THEIR LATE FATHER"? and without going thru the process of RELEASE from other legal heirs.

Thanks,

Lakshminarayan.

no it cannot be done, even it is done it is not valid one, except a valid WILL/GIFT DEED, mentioning the name of the daughter.u didnot  inform us whether it is registered gift deed or unregistered.

Where is the property of D3.  As per check boundary of properties gifted to his daughters there is a mention about the property of D3 in the adjacent area, but how does this 'mention' confer title to D3 over the properties gifted to D1 and D2?  What has D3 to do with the property of D1 and D2?  are D1 and D2 willing to sell/settle/gift their property to D3?, if so, there are other procedures to be followed in this regard.  Please specify your query and the relief you are seeking to clarify.
