I am planning to buy an apartment in Bangalore, near outer ring road - sarjapur road. ( kaikondrahalli) to be specific
The cost of flat is coming to 41 lakhs ( all inclusive)
Its an used/old apartment possession was given on 2007 and someone has been living there.
Q1. I heard that registration prices for used/old apartment is less than new apartment is it true ? If yes what is the percentage ? 6 % of guidance value ?
Q2. I would be registering on the guidance value and not on the market price I am paying is that correct ?
Q3. What is the property guidance value in Kaikondrahalli ?
Q4. How much would be my registration cost ?
