Registration of agreement of under construction property

I have book a flat in Mumbai and also made 30% down payment. The property is under construction wherein the plinth work is going on. The builder has now agreed to do the registration. However he has not shared the draft agreement and says that the agreement would be shared post the registration. What should I do in such a scenario?

Purti u request builder for agreement to sale at this stage.

Once final agreement is decided then go for sale deed.

You could have gone thru all documnts before making the payment.

However even now conuslt your own counsel speacilaizing in such/property/civil matters for a proper legal opinion.

 

You may also go thru RERA.
